Question on Proof of Payment offer

Hello, I don't want to be a pest I was just wondering it has been atleast 3 days since I cashed out for the first time in the amount of 19.00 to my pay pal and I then did the proof of payment right after and was wondering if maybe it got missed cause it did not get creditted.
