My Account Locked - Marked As Same IP Login?

Please Help Stephen. Please explain what that means.
I have read a few other posts and I think I know what I did wrong.
I have been with CrownGPT for a while now but I didn't know that logging in from school got you locked? That's one thing I did. I'll try to find out what else I might've done to get locked but at the moment, I don't know!

Please help because I'm totally honest, and fair. CrownGPT is great and I'd hate to not be able to use it anymore. Please unlock my account "ridman" Stephen.

PS: What are proxies, cud've mine been on? How do I turn them off if they are on? Thanks

Yes, logging in at school isn't a very good idea. I have unlocked your account, but please keep CrownGPT for at-home use only.
